Adrian Belew is an American guitarist and singer. Perhaps best known as a member of King Crimson, which he joined in 1981 after touring with Talking Heads, Adrian Belew boasts an impressive 18 albums to his name.
Belew has also played with giants like David Bowie, Talking Heads, Frank Zappa, and Nine Inch Nails. He is noted for his distinctive edgy vocals, and his guitar skills are extremely highly regarded in the music industry.
After a career spanning three decades, Adrian Belew continues to reach contemporary audiences, and as recently as 2005 he was nominated for a Grammy for his song "Beat Box Guitar".
