Danny Gans has recently been named 'Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year' for the 9th time.
An American singer and comedian, Gans has found major success as a musical impressionist, which has seen him impersonating practically every male singer imaginable. He has been hailed as the finest of his kind in the business today, by entertainment critics and peers alike.
At one time, Gans was a professional baseball player, playing for the Durham Bulls. After a devastating injury ended his sporting career, Gans turned to the entertainment industry.
He began his career on the road, performing mostly at private corporate functions. In 1995, he moved to Broadway to perform a well-received one-man show, but then decided to move to Las Vegas to reduce time away from his family, which lived in Los Angeles.
Gans has since become an integral part of the Las Vegas community and recently hosted the 4th Annual Danny Gans Invitational Golf Tournament.
