The second annual Hippiefest tour will once again be bringing the atmosphere of the 60s and 70s to modern America this summer, featuring twice as many dates as last year and a host of big name performers.
Hippiefest 2007 will feature The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals, The Zombies featuring Colin, Blunstone & Rod Argent, Mountain featuring Leslie West & Corkey Laing, Mitch Ryder, Bad Finger featuring Joes Molland, Denny Laine (former singer of the Moody Blues), and County Joe McDonald.
Toby Ludwig explained the idea of the festival as an opportunity “for people who weren’t around in the 60s and 70s or were and just can’t seem to remember. Bring your parents, your grandparents and your kids. Come be a hippie for a day!”
