American singer-songwriter Teddy Geiger has announced a series of tour dates to coincide with the release of his new album, The March.
The 14 scheduled venues include Philadelphia, Chicago and Cleveland, starting from September 23.
The 17-year-old’s debut album Underage Thinking, which reached number eight in the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart, won the “Best Album of the Year” award at the annual MusiqTone MusiqAwards.
He also received a "Spankin' New Artist" award at the Australia Music Awards earlier this year.
Having played the piano from the age of six and guitar since he was eight, the young star released his first album in early 2006.
Teddy’s first taste of fame came when he appeared as a finalist on television show In Search of the Partridge Family.
He later appeared on television series Love Monkey and is soon to make his film debut in The Rocker.
In 2005 he toured with actress and singer Hilary Duff.
