Tickets to see Major League Soccer side Los Angeles Galaxy are selling faster than ever, thanks to their newest signing - British soccer ace David Beckham.
LA Galaxy are due to take on New England Revolution at the Gillette Stadium on August 12, set in what will be former Manchester United and Real Madrid player Beckham’s first MLS appearance.
Category I seats have already sold out for the game and Category II and III are selling fast. Craig Tornberg, Revolutions General Manager, announced that if fans are interested in attending the match “they need to act soon and speak to a sales representative or else they'll have to wait until next year to see David play in person.”
Having dismissed fears that Beckham would not be able to play for LA Galaxy due to an ankle injury sustained during his final game with Real Madrid; a game that clinched the title of Spain’s top league for the side, Beckham is still scheduled to arrive at Galaxy in mid-July.
