The Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs are the ice hockey team of the University of Minnesota Duluth.
The Bulldogs play in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association of the NCAA’s Division I, and both the men and women have an impressive record. The men are three-time regular season champs -1984, 1985 and 1993 and WCHA champions in 1984 and 1985. The women’s team have taken the regular season twice, the WCHA three times and are also three-time NCAA champions 2001, 2002 and 2003.
The University of Minnesota Duluth is known for its strong sports culture, so the Bulldogs are always well supported at home games by a hoard of fans and mascot, Champ, at their 5,333-seater stadium the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.
